Fuel Dispensing

Manual

Selecting the "Fuel Dispensing" module will immediately bring up all your current storage tanks and tank locations, showing all the fuel pumps associated with each tank.

  • Fuel Pump

The Fuel Pump image displays the last fuel transaction details.

  • Fuel Type - ULSD
  • Date & Time - March 25,2021 : 5:34 PM
  • Vehicle ID - 2090
  • Pump Attendant - Attendant 1
  • Pump Name/Location - Straddle Bay 3
  • You may cycle between locations using the station tab

  • A search bar will also be present where tanks can be queried by Tank ID or Tank Description

  • Depending on the current state of your tank, different indicator icons may appear.

Here are some of the indicators shown

The last transmission indicator:

when the mouse cursor is hovered over the icon, it shows the last time the tank transmitted information to the fleetsap platform.

The Consumption Graph Icon:

💡 Quick Note! - fuel information can be displayed in a bar chart or line graph orientation.

Below each tank is an information bar showing TankID and Tank Description.

Clicking anywhere along this bar will display the connected fuel pumps for that tank, along with the last fuel transaction information.
