Manual

Selecting the "Reports" module will take you to the reports page.

Select the GPS Tracking Reports Tab which is being pointed to by the red arrow above.

GPS Tracking Reports

After selecting the GPS Tracking Reports Tab, we will be shown a long scrollable list of reports from which we can choose to display specific information.

Selecting a report will create a pop up window which will ask you to specific certain details for your report.

Report Filters

Here we have selected the report “Trips account by vehicle with fuel consumption (Detailed) filter1 filter2

This report gives information on the following:

  • Trip durations ,
  • Start and End Times,
  • Odometer readings Per Trip,
  • Engine hours per trip,
  • Start and End Fuel Level per trip,
  • Distance travelled on each trip,
  • Average speed on each trip,
  • Fuel Consumption,
  • Fuel per kilometer

and more.

💡 Quick Note! - All reports can be exported in PDF, CSV, RTF, XLS, XLSX formats.

Our platform also offers the ability to setup various alerts that are then sent as email to respective persons when triggered by their respective events.
